Hands of God and Man
13th and Broadmoor

The cast concrete relief sculpture was erected in 1954, and is 32 feet tall, 16 feet wide and 2 feet thick. The sculpture is located at 13th and Broadmoor on the grounds of the Reformation Lutheran Church, and is the center piece of the meditation garden.

Designed by internationally known Kansas sculptor, Bernard "Poco" Frazier, who created several other sculptures in Wichita, most notable are the "Hunter and Bison" inside City Hall and the mosaic "Be Still and Know That I Am God" on the front of the First United Methodist Church in downtown Wichita.
