Bond-Sullivan House

The Spanish colonial revival-style bungalow was  named for  architect Sherman Bond and Odom Sullivan who owned a chain of Wichita movie theaters.

Sullivan served one year as mayor of Wichita.

It was built in 1929 and nominated for the state and national Registers of Historic Places in 2006.
